• Registration and abstract submission are simultaneously realized by filling the registration form.
• Abstract due date is set to July the 5th 2010.
• The abstract length is less than 300 words, only text and no figure.
• Notification of abstract acceptance, as well as the confirmation of the presentation type (oral or poster), will be done by email to the author in the beginning of July 2010.
• The accepted abstracts will be printed together in a booklet supplied at the beginning of the conference. It will be also available on the web site in the « program » menu.

Three exceptionnal cases :

• you want to submit more than one abstract: fill the inscription form for your first presentation/inscription and send the presentation information (title, abstract, authors, requested presentation type) for the other(s) to the LOC.
• you can’t attend the conference and another person will present your paper: if you already know it when you fill the inscription form, notify it in the comments case of the form ; if you know it after you fill the inscription form, inform the LOC.
• you have an important discovery to report and the abstract deadline is passed: we have margin in the conference program, inform the LOC.
