The fees cover attendance of the conference, the welcome reception and the visit to the Meudon Observatory. It will also provide a reduced price for the conference dinner.

Fees

If payment is made before September 24th 2010, registration fees are :

• 200€ for regular participants
• 100€ for students

Thereafter, a charge of 50€ will be applied. Registration fees will be :

• 250€ for regular participants
• 150€ for students

Conference dinner

The price for the conference dinner will be 30€ for registered participants and 70€ for non-registered. Further instructions will be emailed later.

The following methods of payment will be available :

• purchase order
• bank transfer
• on your arrival at the conference, only with a credit card.
